Job Purpose:
This role requires a professional, detail-oriented individual who can efficiently manage front-desk operations while providing administrative support to ensure smooth day-to-day business activities.
Key Responsibilities:
Front Desk & Reception
- Greet and assist visitors in a professional and welcoming manner.
- Manage incoming calls, emails, and correspondence.
- Handle courier services and incoming/outgoing mail.
- Maintain visitor logs and meeting room bookings.
Administrative Support
- Provide general administrative support to different departments.
- Prepare letters, reports, and internal memos.
- Organize and maintain filing systems (physical & digital).
- Assist in scheduling meetings and coordinating appointments.
- Support office procurement and supply management.
Office Coordination
- Ensure office facilities are properly maintained.
- Coordinate with vendors and service providers when needed.
- Support internal events and meetings logistics.
Qualifications & Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in a similar role.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Professional appearance and attitude.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
- Basic knowledge of office equipment (printers, scanners, etc.).
