Job Description

Job Purpose:

This role requires a professional, detail-oriented individual who can efficiently manage front-desk operations while providing administrative support to ensure smooth day-to-day business activities.

Key Responsibilities:

Front Desk & Reception

  • Greet and assist visitors in a professional and welcoming manner.
  • Manage incoming calls, emails, and correspondence.
  • Handle courier services and incoming/outgoing mail.
  • Maintain visitor logs and meeting room bookings.

Administrative Support

  • Provide general administrative support to different departments.
  • Prepare letters, reports, and internal memos.
  • Organize and maintain filing systems (physical & digital).
  • Assist in scheduling meetings and coordinating appointments.
  • Support office procurement and supply management.

Office Coordination

  • Ensure office facilities are properly maintained.
  • Coordinate with vendors and service providers when needed.
  • Support internal events and meetings logistics.

Qualifications & Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field.
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in a similar role.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
  • Professional appearance and attitude.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
  • Basic knowledge of office equipment (printers, scanners, etc.).
