Job Description

THIS POSITION IS FOR ADPAD (Abu Dhabi Police Aviation Department)

Job Purpose/Description:

Under general supervision, performs a variety of responsible and complex technical and administrative duties relating to personnel functions and programs including in the areas of employee relations, provides information and assistance to employees, prepares various correspondence, coordinates activities related to area of assignment; and performs a variety of tasks requiring specialized knowledge related to area of assignment. To support the ADPAD Maintenance Manager in carrying out duties as he assigns.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's Degree in Administration or related course
  • Exceptional knowledge of MS Office
  • 5 years experience in general clerical and data control work, out of which, 2 years of computer operation.
  • Minimum 3 years experience in administrative roles
  • Min. 2 year experience in UAE
  • Preferably with knowledge in aviation industry
  • English typing of 40 w.p.m. is essential
  • Office Administrative Skills
  • English Language fluency
  • Analytical Skills
  • Arabic is also preferable but not essential
