Job Description

  • Job Title Admin Coordinator

  • Mandatory Experience in supporting day-to-day administrative and procurement operations and hands on Experience on ERP Systems

Responsibilities:

  • Manage office inventory, supplies, and provisions (coffee, snacks, etc.)
  • Handle couriers, business cards, shredding, and storage room scheduling
  • Create, process, and track Purchase Orders (POs) in the ERP system
  • Coordinate end-to-end procurement activities, including vendor selection, quotation comparison, and order placement.
  • Maintain accurate records of invoices, contracts, and procurement documentation.
  • Liaise with vendors and internal departments to ensure timely delivery of goods and services.
  • Monitor order status and resolve discrepancies related to pricing, quantities, or delivery timelines.
  • Support invoice verification and coordinate with the finance team for payment processing.
  • Generate procurement and expense reports from the ERP system.
  • Maintain data integrity and ensure compliance with company procurement policies.
  • Provide general administrative support to the department as required.
