Job Purpose
To provide high-level administrative and executive support to senior management while ensuring smooth day-to-day office operations, coordination, and communication.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide full administrative and executive support, including management of calendars, meetings, travel arrangements, correspondence, and confidential documents
- Prepare and coordinate reports, presentations, agendas, and minutes of meetings
- Coordinate internal and external communications with management, staff, clients, vendors, and relevant authorities
- Oversee daily office operations, including document control, filing systems, office supplies, asset management, and vendor coordination
- Support logistic and account administration, including logistic coordination, invoice processing, expense tracking, and basic accounting support
- Organize and support meetings, events, and business visits
- Monitor deadlines, follow up on action items, and ensure timely execution of management instructions
- Assist with compliance, audit, and regulatory documentation requirements
- Maintain professionalism, confidentiality, and efficiency while performing additional tasks as assigned by management
Qualifications & Skills
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field (preferred)
- 25 years experience in admin and executive assistant roles
- Excellent communication skills in English
- Strong organizational, multitasking, and time-management skills
- Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
- High level of discretion, professionalism, and problem-solving ability
