Please Note : This role is in Jabal Ali, Dubai

We are seeking an organized and proactive Training Coordinator to join our team on a contract basis. The ideal candidate will be responsible for coordinating, supporting, and managing training activities to ensure smooth delivery and effective learning outcomes.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate and schedule training programs, workshops, and seminars
  • Liaise with trainers, participants, and internal departments
  • Manage training calendars, attendance records, and feedback reports
  • Prepare training materials, presentations, and documentation
  • Handle administrative tasks related to training operations
  • Support strategic planning and execution of training initiatives
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and UAE regulations
  • Provide excellent customer service to trainees and stakeholders

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • Minimum 2 years of UAE experience in a training or administrative role
  • Strong office administration and coordination skills
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work collaboratively within a team
  • Strong organizational and time-management abilities
  • Customer serviceoriented mindset
  • Experience in training coordination is an advantage
  • Should have UAE License
