We are seeking an organized and proactive Training Coordinator to join our team on a contract basis. The ideal candidate will be responsible for coordinating, supporting, and managing training activities to ensure smooth delivery and effective learning outcomes.
Key Responsibilities:
- Coordinate and schedule training programs, workshops, and seminars
- Liaise with trainers, participants, and internal departments
- Manage training calendars, attendance records, and feedback reports
- Prepare training materials, presentations, and documentation
- Handle administrative tasks related to training operations
- Support strategic planning and execution of training initiatives
- Ensure compliance with company policies and UAE regulations
- Provide excellent customer service to trainees and stakeholders
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Minimum 2 years of UAE experience in a training or administrative role
- Strong office administration and coordination skills
- Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work collaboratively within a team
- Strong organizational and time-management abilities
- Customer serviceoriented mindset
- Experience in training coordination is an advantage
- Should have UAE License
