Job Description

Role Overview:

The Admin & Event Assistant will play a key role in supporting day-to-day office operations and helping execute successful corporate events. This is a versatile role perfect for someone who enjoys staying organized, working with people, and seeing projects through from planning to completion.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide administrative support, including scheduling, document preparation, and handling correspondence.
  • Assist in planning, coordinating, and executing corporate events, meetings, and activations.
  • Communicate with vendors, suppliers, and venues to ensure smooth event logistics.
  • Prepare and maintain event timelines, checklists, and budgets.
  • Manage inventory of event materials and office supplies.
  • Support the team with research, presentations, and reporting as needed.
  • Ensure all activities are aligned with company standards and brand guidelines.

Qualifications:

  • Valid UAE Driver's License
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Events Management, or related field preferred.
  • 12 years of experience in an administrative or event support role.
  • Excellent organizational and multitasking skills.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal abilities.
  • Detail-oriented, resourceful, and able to work well under pressure.
