Role Overview:
The Admin & Event Assistant will play a key role in supporting day-to-day office operations and helping execute successful corporate events. This is a versatile role perfect for someone who enjoys staying organized, working with people, and seeing projects through from planning to completion.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide administrative support, including scheduling, document preparation, and handling correspondence.
- Assist in planning, coordinating, and executing corporate events, meetings, and activations.
- Communicate with vendors, suppliers, and venues to ensure smooth event logistics.
- Prepare and maintain event timelines, checklists, and budgets.
- Manage inventory of event materials and office supplies.
- Support the team with research, presentations, and reporting as needed.
- Ensure all activities are aligned with company standards and brand guidelines.
Qualifications:
- Valid UAE Driver's License
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Events Management, or related field preferred.
- 12 years of experience in an administrative or event support role.
- Excellent organizational and multitasking skills.
- Strong communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Detail-oriented, resourceful, and able to work well under pressure.
