What We're Looking For

We're seeking a proactive, adaptable professional with strong communication skills and a passion for supporting others. In this key role, you'll be the go-to person for essential servicesenhancing employee experience and ensuring smooth, efficient operations every day.

What You Will Do

  • Transportation Services: Coordinate the company's transportation services, including booking and scheduling, and act as the main point of contact for transport-related needs.
  • Facility & MEP Maintenance: Oversee and control office Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing (MEP) systems, including the supervision of new installations and fit-outs, manage proactive maintenance schedules, and coordinate with technical contractors to ensure a fully functional and seamless workplace environment.
  • Office Supplies & Stationery: Monitor and manage inventories of office supplies and consumables, including procurement, stock levels, and storage in coordination with warehouse or admin stores.
  • Visitor Management: Facilitate external visits by coordinating meeting logistics, access requirements, and ensuring a professional and welcoming environment for guests.
  • General Administrative Support: Perform additional administrative tasks as needed to ensure smooth and efficient office operations.
  • Housekeeping Oversight: Manage housekeeping operations in coordination with service vendors, maintain cleanliness standards across all facilities, and ensure cleaning schedules, supply inventories, and replenishments are properly tracked.
  • Fleet Oversight: Direct the Fleet Coordinator in managing daily assignments, routing, and vehicle readiness to meet operational goals.
  • Travel Support: Arrange and coordinate employee travel requirements, including transportation, accommodation, and other logistics for business-related travel..

Who You Are

  • 2:3 years of experience in an administrative role, preferably in an industrial setting.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
  • Ability to work both independently and collaboratively.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Knowledge of fleet management is a plus.
