Core Responsibilities:-
Operational & Functional Excellence
- Translate business strategy into actionable deliverables for administration and facilities management.
- Direct the preparation of Administration & Facilities budgets and monitor performance against budgets.
- Set plans for hospital disposable fixed assets and monitor utilization.
- Manage day-to-day operations of administrative affairs including maintenance, safety, security, hospitality services (Housekeeping & Laundry), dietitian, governmental affairs and fleet management.
- Evaluate the performance of external service providers such as maintenance and security companies against hospital objectives.
- Facilitate alignment of internal processes to overcome operational issues and enhance service efficiency.
People & Collaboration
- Lead, mentor, and coordinate the administrative and facilities teams to achieve operational goals.
- Collaborate with internal departments to implement corrective plans based on audit findings.
- Participate in Safety and Health Committee meetings and ensure action items are implemented effectively.
Customer, Patient & Stakeholder Focus
- Improve the level of hospitality services provided to patients by setting clear objectives for external service providers.
- Follow up with the nutrition team to ensure the highest standard of patient nutrition services.
- Ensure smooth coordination with internal and external stakeholders to address service-related issues promptly.
Compliance, Safety & Continuous Improvement
- Ensure hospital licenses are current and renewed on time.
- Supervise proper disposal of medical and non-medical waste in accordance with safety regulations.
- Monitor compliance with internal and external audit recommendations and track corrective actions.
- Implement continuous improvement initiatives to enhance operational performance and patient satisfaction.
Requirements:-
- Bachelor's degree at any discipline.
- 10 years of experience, 3 years in the same position.
- Proven experience of administration & facilities management.
