Job Purpose
The Admin Officer provides administrative and operational support to the People & Culture function at country level. The role ensures smooth day-to-day operations through effective coordination of government-related transactions, cost control support, documentation audits, reporting, and office facilities management, while maintaining accuracy, compliance, and efficiency in line with Floward's policies and local requirements.
Key Responsibilities
Government & External Coordination
- Handle government-related transactions, submissions, renewals, and follow-ups with relevant authorities.
- Maintain accurate records and trackers to ensure timely compliance with local regulations and requirements.
Cost Control & Administrative Audits
- Support the review and monitoring of telecom expenses to ensure accuracy and cost efficiency.
- Maintain and update budget tracker sheets to support cost control and reporting.
- Audit outsourced attendance records and contract documentation to ensure alignment with agreed terms and internal controls.
Reporting & Technical Support
- Prepare comparisons, reports, summaries, and trackers using Microsoft Excel and Word.
- Ensure accuracy, consistency, and timely submission of administrative reports and documentation.
Office & Facilities Support
- Support office maintenance and general facilities coordination.
- Liaise with vendors and internal stakeholders to ensure smooth and uninterrupted office operations.
General Administrative Support
- Provide day-to-day administrative and operational support to the People & Culture function.
- Support ad hoc administrative tasks as required to ensure smooth workflows.
Skills And Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field.
- 13 years of experience in an administrative, operations, or support role.
- Experience handling government-related documentation is preferred.
- Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Excel and Word
