Job Description

  • Knowledge of HR functions such as onboarding, offboarding, contracts, medical insurance, maintaining employees physical & digital records, maintaining relevant HR reports, etc. while maintaining a high standard of accuracy and quality.
  • HR Administration & Leave Management Process.
  • Ensuring the implementation & adherence to various policies, processes, procedures & systems across the organization.
  • Knowledge of office management systems and procedures.
  • Analyze data/information for reporting as submitted by the Line Manager to ensure accuracy before submission to the Management and/or as mandated.
  • Manage the transactional elements of HR, including HR reporting, maintaining employee data, and drafting employment offers contracts, and will assist with the implementation of various HR systems.
  • Coordinate with PRO for employee's visa, Renewal of Visa and other labor and immigration activity, Health Insurance

Requirements

  • Bachelors degree in human resources, business administration, or any field
  • 3 5 years of experience in HR operations.
  • Bilingual (Arabic and English)
  • Excellent communication skills.
  • Strong knowledge of UAE Labor laws and laws related to office procedures, standards, and best practices.
