Job Description: Admin Operations Manager (RCBI)
Role Summary
You will act as the central operations owner for Bridgegold's RCBI client files, overseeing administrative, compliance, and due-diligence workflows for high-net-worth individuals across selected residency- and citizenship-by-investment programmes. The role is hands-on and execution-focused, requiring direct ownership of client files, close coordination with external legal partners, and strict adherence to documented procedures. As volumes increase, you will help structure and supervise additional operational support.
Core Responsibilities
Own the end-to-end operational lifecycle of RCBI client files, from initial document intake through submission, due-diligence clearance, and post-submission follow-up.
Prepare, review, and verify client documentation in line with programme and legal requirements, ensuring accuracy, consistency, and completeness.
Coordinate due-diligence preparation, including document checks, basic red-flag identification, issue escalation, and liaison with external due-diligence providers and law firms.
Maintain structured client files, trackers, and timelines to ensure submissions and follow-ups are executed on time.
Communicate directly with external legal and compliance partners to clarify requirements, resolve issues, and confirm next steps.
Translate programme requirements into clear internal checklists, document lists, and operating instructions.
Monitor file progress, outstanding items, submissions, and payments using internal tracking tools.
Identify recurring documentation issues or process bottlenecks and propose practical improvements.
Enforce strict confidentiality, data protection, and professional standards across all client files.
Support onboarding and training of junior operational staff as required.
Use AI tools where appropriate to assist with document review, drafting, quality control, and workflow efficiency.
Minimum Requirements
Minimum 45 years of hands-on experience in RCBI operations, processing, or case management (citizenship-by-investment and/or residency-by-investment).
Direct experience handling client documentation and due-diligence-related processes within an RCBI or investment immigration firm.
Practical familiarity with CBI and RBI application workflows and law-firm-led submissions.
Experience working with high-net-worth individual or family client files.
Native Arabic speaker with fluent written and spoken English suitable for professional and legal correspondence.
Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple active files simultaneously.
Comfortable working remotely and independently, with clear accountability for outcomes.
Working knowledge of CRMs, document management systems, spreadsheets, and tracking tools.
Practical openness to using AI tools in daily operational work is a strong plus.
Compensation
Fixed monthly salary of approximately EGP 50,000 gross, paid locally.
Performance-based bonus of up to 20%, linked to execution quality, accuracy, and adherence to procedures.
Full-time, long-term role.
Notes for Candidates
This role does not involve providing legal advice. It is an execution-focused operational role requiring discretion, structured thinking, and close coordination with licensed partners.
