Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site Admin Secretary role located in Nasr City. The Admin Secretary will handle various administrative and clerical tasks to ensure the smooth operation of daily office activities. Responsibilities include scheduling meetings, maintaining records, managing correspondence, and providing exceptional customer service. The role requires strong organizational skills and the ability to communicate effectively with both internal teams and external stakeholders.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in Clerical Skills, including filing, data entry, and managing office operations
- Experience in Administrative Assistance and Scheduling tasks
- Strong Communication and Customer Service skills
- Attention to detail and ability to multitask efficiently
- Proficiency in using office software and tools, such as Microsoft Office Suite
- Relevant educational background, such as a high school diploma or equivalent; additional certifications in administration are a plus
