Main Tasks And Responsibilities- Plan and Manage logistics, warehouse, transportation and customer services.
- Direct, optimize and coordinate full order cycle.
- Resolve any arising problems or complaints.
- Comply with Jordan laws & regulations.
- Plan and monitor inbound and outgoing deliveries.
- Follow up the Regulatory Affairs activities.
- Participate in the preparation of high-quality registration applications, registration, renewal dossiers and variations to be submitted to the Jordanian FDA.
- Participate in finalizing the JFDA clearance of invoices & to follow up the release, also to prepare any import permit to JFDA in timely manner.
- Participate in clearing the pending commitments related to invoices at JFDA.
- answering calls, taking messages and handling correspondence
- Maintain accurate records and reports
- Oversee and support administrative functions
- Coordinate logistics for deliveries and shipments.
- Maintain digital and electronic records of employees.
- Assisting with day to day operations of the HR functions and duties.
Education/Professional Experience- Bachelor's degree in Business administration, logistics, supply chain, or relevant field.
- 5+ years experience in an operations management/office management/ Logistics management role.
- Excellent verbal and written English communication skills.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication skills
- Strong working knowledge of general business software applications
- Experience in working within an international organization.
