Main Tasks And Responsibilities

  • Plan and Manage logistics, warehouse, transportation and customer services.
  • Direct, optimize and coordinate full order cycle.
  • Resolve any arising problems or complaints.
  • Comply with Jordan laws & regulations.
  • Plan and monitor inbound and outgoing deliveries.
  • Follow up the Regulatory Affairs activities.
  • Participate in the preparation of high-quality registration applications, registration, renewal dossiers and variations to be submitted to the Jordanian FDA.
  • Participate in finalizing the JFDA clearance of invoices & to follow up the release, also to prepare any import permit to JFDA in timely manner.
  • Participate in clearing the pending commitments related to invoices at JFDA.
  • answering calls, taking messages and handling correspondence
  • Maintain accurate records and reports
  • Oversee and support administrative functions
  • Coordinate logistics for deliveries and shipments.
  • Maintain digital and electronic records of employees.
  • Assisting with day to day operations of the HR functions and duties.

Education/Professional Experience

  • Bachelor's degree in Business administration, logistics, supply chain, or relevant field.
  • 5+ years experience in an operations management/office management/ Logistics management role.
  • Excellent verbal and written English communication skills.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Strong working knowledge of general business software applications
  • Experience in working within an international organization.
