Admin Specialist
Summary:
Responsible for performing a variety of administrative tasks to ensure smooth operations within the organization. They provide support to various departments, handle administrative duties, and assist in coordinating office activities.
Job requirements:
Performing administrative tasks to support company s
Field Force and Back-office team.
Enter and follow up all purchasing requests and follow
up on execution
Organize internal and external events in alignment
with different stakeholders.
Be a focal point between her/his department and other
departments within the corp.
Contribute in several corporate projects related to
PR, communication and HR initiatives.
Data entry on SAP success factors and update data
regularly.
Extract needed reports from SAP and analyze them
Support in preparing google sheets and google forms
for data collection.
Attend meetings and take minutes
Qualifications:
B.Sc. of
Business administration or any other related field

years experience in administration support function
