Responsibilities
- Managing the internal space of the administrative headquarters through daily and weekly walkthroughs of the area.
- Responsible for the building's pantries.
- Managing landline, mobile, and internal telephone lines.
- Overseeing office stationery and supplies.
- Preparing general security reports and submitting them to the Security Department.
- Oversighting of assets and furniture at the administrative headquarters, including management of the asset warehouse, rooftop storage, and the basement.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree of Business Administration or any related field.
- From 4-5 years of working experience.
- Previous work experience in Facilities Management field.
- Strong background in Security industry.
- Excellent communication and organization skills.
- Nasr City or nearby residents
