Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for an Administration Assistant, located in Doha, Qatar. The Administration Assistant will manage daily administrative tasks, maintain office organization, handle clerical duties, and provide executive-level support when needed. Responsibilities include coordinating schedules, managing correspondence, maintaining records, and ensuring efficient office operations. The role requires strong organizational and multitasking skills to support the team effectively.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in Administrative Assistance and Clerical Skills, including managing daily office operations and record-keeping
- Strong Communication and Phone Etiquette skills for professional and clear interactions
- Experience in Executive Administrative Assistance, such as calendar management and supporting senior staff
- Exceptional attention to detail and organizational abilities
- Proficiency in relevant computer software, such as Microsoft Office Suite
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks efficiently
