Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for an Administration Assistant, located in Cairo, Egypt. The Administration Assistant will perform daily clerical tasks such as managing correspondence, maintaining records, and organizing schedules. Responsibilities include providing executive administrative support, managing phone communications efficiently, and ensuring day-to-day operations run smoothly. Additionally, the role involves collaborating with internal teams to ensure effective communication and workflow.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in Administrative Assistance and Executive Administrative Assistance
- Strong Phone Etiquette and Communication skills
- Experience with Clerical tasks and general organizational skills
- Attention to detail, multitasking ability, and time management skills
- Fluent in English and additional language proficiency is a plus
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite or similar administrative tools
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field is preferred
