Job Title: Administration Manager

Job Purpose
To ensure the provision of quality and cost-effective administrative services for Nesma Electric in support of the broader Human Resources function.
Positions under direct supervision: Government Relations Supervisor, Personnel Supervisor, Receptionists
Responsibilities
Primary responsibilities:
• Coordinate the issuance and renewal of visas and work permits, iqamas, passports, sponsorships, vehicle documentation and other requirements at the Labor Office and relevant government entities
• Prepare the necessary documents to complete affairs at Chambers of Commerce and other entities related to identification, requests for government services, obtaining appropriate licenses and proper clearance for projects, etc.
• Ensure the timely receipt and payment of all phone and electricity bills
• Coordinate mail collection and distribution, and other support services including telephone operating and reception desk
• Review Saudization status and ensure government requirements are met and exceeded
• Oversee employee medical insurance
• Provide logistic support and maintenance for vehicles and equipment
• Ensure that employee records are up-to-date and filed electronically in an organized manner for easy retrieval
• Manage hotel and flight reservations according to employee entitlement (business trip, annual leave, etc.)
• Oversee time and attendance reports in accordance with company policies and procedures
Department responsibilities:

• Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures
• Monitor business performance against relevant established KPIs

• Undergraduate degree in a relevant field
• 5-10 years work experience
