Manage Administrative Affairs & Government Relations services to ensure smooth operations across facilities, office support, logistics, correspondence, reception, cleaning, and government-related processes for Golf Saudi and SGF.
Responsibilities:
Manage facilities and property maintenance activities to ensure adherence to maintenance schedules, contract quality, and operational readiness across assets
Coordinate logistics operations including material delivery, transportation for tournaments, travel bookings, and visa processing to support operational and event-specific needs
Provide administrative support to departments (meeting arrangements, visitor handling, and inventory management) to maintain organizational efficiency
Supervise reception and office management/support services to ensure smooth execution of daily administrative tasks and service delivery
Build and maintain relationships with government entities and manage approvals, licenses, and regulatory processes to ensure compliance and timely renewals
Oversee government-related logistics for tournaments including permits, certificates, guest coordination, and shipment permits in alignment with regulations
Ensure proper handling of executive correspondence, filing, and archiving, with version control and required sign-offs
Monitor performance and risks across services and drive corrective actions and continuous improvement within scope
Educational Background:
Bachelor's degree in business administration or any related field.
