Job Description

Job Summary:

  • Manage Administrative Affairs & Government Relations services to ensure smooth operations across facilities, office support, logistics, correspondence, reception, cleaning, and government-related processes for Golf Saudi and SGF.

Responsibilities:

  • Manage facilities and property maintenance activities to ensure adherence to maintenance schedules, contract quality, and operational readiness across assets
  • Coordinate logistics operations including material delivery, transportation for tournaments, travel bookings, and visa processing to support operational and event-specific needs
  • Provide administrative support to departments (meeting arrangements, visitor handling, and inventory management) to maintain organizational efficiency
  • Supervise reception and office management/support services to ensure smooth execution of daily administrative tasks and service delivery
  • Build and maintain relationships with government entities and manage approvals, licenses, and regulatory processes to ensure compliance and timely renewals
  • Oversee government-related logistics for tournaments including permits, certificates, guest coordination, and shipment permits in alignment with regulations
  • Ensure proper handling of executive correspondence, filing, and archiving, with version control and required sign-offs
  • Monitor performance and risks across services and drive corrective actions and continuous improvement within scope

Educational Background:

  • Bachelor's degree in business administration or any related field.

Experience:

  • 6+ years of relevant experience
