Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site Administrative Assistant role based in Capital business park, El Sheikh Zaid. The Administrative Assistant will handle a variety of daily responsibilities, including managing schedules, performing clerical tasks, maintaining records, handling correspondence, and ensuring the efficient operation of the office. The role also involves providing support to executives, managing phone communications with professionalism, and assisting in organizing meetings or events.

Qualifications

  • Strong Administrative Assistance and Clerical Skills
  • Excellent Phone Etiquette and Communication skills
  • Proven experience in Executive Administrative Assistance
  • Organizational and time-management abilities
  • Proficiency in office software such as Microsoft Office Suite
  • High attention to detail and problem-solving skills
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience in administration or a related field is preferred
  • Prior experience in a legal or tax services environment is a plus
