This is a part-time hybrid role for an Administrative Assistant, based in Dubai with opportunities for remote work. The Administrative Assistant will be responsible for managing daily clerical tasks, providing executive administrative support, answering phone calls with professionalism, and ensuring efficient communication. Other responsibilities include maintaining organized records, scheduling appointments, and supporting the smooth operation of office activities.

Qualifications

  • Strong Administrative Assistance and Clerical Skills to manage daily office tasks efficiently
  • Proficiency in Executive Administrative Assistance, such as scheduling and record management
  • Excellent Communication and Phone Etiquette skills for effective team and client interactions
  • High attention to detail, organizational skills, and time management
  • Proficiency in office software applications (e.g., Microsoft Office Suite)
  • Ability to handle confidential information with discretion
  • Prior experience in a similar role is preferred but not required
