This is a part-time hybrid role for an Administrative Assistant based in Dubai, with some responsibilities able to be fulfilled remotely. The role involves tasks such as managing schedules, handling correspondence, maintaining records, supporting executives, and performing general clerical duties. As a key role in keeping operations organized, the Administrative Assistant will provide essential support to ensure smooth and efficient day-to-day functions.

Qualifications

  • Proficiency in Administrative Assistance and Executive Administrative Assistance
  • Strong communication and phone etiquette skills
  • Competence in clerical skills, including organizing and maintaining records
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a hybrid work environment
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite or similar tools
  • Prior experience in administrative roles is advantageous
  • High school diploma or equivalent; further education or certifications in administration is a plus
