Role Description

This is a part-time remote role for an Administrative Assistant. The Administrative Assistant will handle a variety of clerical and administrative tasks, including managing schedules, handling phone inquiries with professional etiquette, providing executive-level support, and ensuring effective communication within and outside the organization. The role requires collaboration with multiple departments to support smooth daily operations.

Qualifications

  • Strong Administrative Assistance and Clerical Skills.
  • Proficiency in Phone Etiquette and Communication skills, including verbal and written communication.
  • Experience providing Executive Administrative Assistance.
  • Attention to detail, organizational skills, and the ability to multitask effectively.
  • Proficient in commonly used office software tools like Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Ability to work independently in a remote environment with minimal supervision.
  • Prior administrative experience is preferred but not required.
