Role Description

This is a part-time, hybrid role for an Administrative Assistant based in Abu Dhabi, with the flexibility to work from home on certain days. The Administrative Assistant will be responsible for managing day-to-day clerical tasks, maintaining schedules, coordinating meetings and appointments, handling incoming calls, and providing general administrative support to executives and team members. The role involves maintaining organized records, preparing reports, and ensuring smooth office operations.

Qualifications
  • Proficient in Administrative Assistance and Clerical Skills
  • Strong Phone Etiquette and Communication skills
  • Experience in Executive Administrative Assistance
  • Exceptional organizational and multitasking abilities
  • Proficient with office software, such as Microsoft Office Suite or Google Workspace
  • Ability to manage sensitive information with discretion and confidentiality
  • Prior experience in a similar role is preferred
