Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for an Administrative Assistant located in Heliopolis. The role involves providing administrative and clerical support to ensure efficient operation of the office. Day-to-day tasks include managing phone calls, scheduling meetings, maintaining organized records, preparing reports, and liaising with internal and external stakeholders. The Administrative Assistant will also support executives by handling requests and inquiries professionally and promptly.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in Administrative Assistance tasks, such as organization, time management, and office operations
- Strong skills in Executive Administrative Assistance and Clerical tasks, including calendar management, documentation, and data entry
- Excellent Communication and Phone Etiquette to interact with clients, team members, and external partners effectively
- Attention to detail and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
- Proficiency in office software, such as Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
- Problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to tasks and responsibilities
- Prior experience in an administrative or similar role is preferred
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent; additional certifications in office administration are a plus
