Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for an Administrative Assistant located in Giza. The Administrative Assistant will be responsible for performing a variety of administrative tasks, including organizing and managing schedules, handling correspondence, managing office supplies, and maintaining records. The role also entails supporting executive staff with daily operations, ensuring strong communication within the team, and maintaining professional interactions with clients and partners.

Qualifications

  • Proficiency in Administrative Assistance, Executive Administrative Assistance, and Clerical Skills
  • Strong Communication and Phone Etiquette skills
  • Detail-oriented and highly organized with time management abilities
  • Proficiency in office software and tools (e.g., Microsoft Office Suite, email management systems)
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field is a plus
  • Prior experience in administrative or executive support roles preferred
