Organize meetings, including School meetings and Subject Committee meetings, that are assigned by the Head of School.
Draft agendas, prepare and circulate documents to members.
Attend meetings and draft meeting minutes for consideration by the Head of School.
Carry out relevant follow-up work from meetings and advise staff of their own actions and follow-up.
Accountable for some tasks in the absence of the Head of the School to ensure that urgent school matters are referred to appropriate staff for action where relevant.
Maintain daily records for all the faculty resources, equipment, etc.
Support the Head of School in fulfilling his/her academic and administrative responsibilities pertaining to the school.
Participate in preparing and scheduling exams invigilation.
Maintain and archives of school student records, including contributing to the timely and accurate maintenance of student names and addresses, using the central computerized student records system.
Provide a school collection and transmission service for forms and papers affecting the student record, and an assessment collection and return service, as required.
Prepare and disseminate the exam board agenda.
Upload the completed marksheets to the APU.
Requirements
Must have a very good command of the English language both written and spoken.
Competency with Microsoft office suite of applications.
Possess strong project management skills.
Excellent presentation and communication skills
Has a high level of analytical skills with high attention to detail.
