Administrative Assistant (Emiratization)

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide general administrative and clerical support to the team
• Manage correspondence, emails, and document filing
• Coordinate meetings, calendars, and internal communications
• Assist with reports, data entry, and record-keeping
• Support onboarding and HR-related administrative tasks when required

Ideal Candidate:

• UAE National holding a valid Family Book (as per Emiratization requirements)
• High School, Diploma or bachelor's degree in business administration or related field
• Strong organizational and communication skills
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
• Positive attitude and willingness to learn
• Good communication skills in English and Arabic
