Role Description
This is a full-time hybrid role for an Administrative Assistant, based in Giza, with some opportunities for remote work. The Administrative Assistant will support day-to-day office operations, manage clerical tasks, ensure smooth communication flows, and assist with executive administrative responsibilities. Duties include handling correspondence, maintaining records, coordinating schedules, and supporting overall office efficiency.
Qualifications
Candidates must demonstrate full professional proficiency in both written and spoken English
Proficiency in Administrative Assistance and Executive Administrative Assistance to support day-to-day office operations and senior executives.
Strong Communication and Phone Etiquette skills to interact professionally with clients, team members, and stakeholders.
Experience with Clerical Skills, such as data entry, scheduling, filing, and organizational tasks for effective office management.
Creating and Reviewing invoices
Excellent time-management skills and attention to detail.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint).
Ability to work effectively in a hybrid work environment.
Previous experience in administrative or office support roles is preferred.
