We are seeking an Administrative Assistant to support a US founder with executive-level coordination, scheduling, and operational support. This role is ideal for professionals seeking remote international experience and growth into strategic administrative or executive roles.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage calendar, meetings, and executive correspondence
- Prepare, organize, and maintain documents and reports
- Conduct research and provide structured insights
- Coordinate follow-ups and action items efficiently
- Support day-to-day executive and administrative operations
Candidate Profile
- Fluent in English, both written and spoken
- Highly organized, proactive, and reliable
- Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks
- Comfortable with Google Workspace, Slack, Notion, and other collaboration tools
- Able to coordinate with US working hours
