We are seeking an Administrative Assistant to support a US founder with executive-level coordination, scheduling, and operational support. This role is ideal for professionals seeking remote international experience and growth into strategic administrative or executive roles.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage calendar, meetings, and executive correspondence
  • Prepare, organize, and maintain documents and reports
  • Conduct research and provide structured insights
  • Coordinate follow-ups and action items efficiently
  • Support day-to-day executive and administrative operations
Candidate Profile
  • Fluent in English, both written and spoken
  • Highly organized, proactive, and reliable
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks
  • Comfortable with Google Workspace, Slack, Notion, and other collaboration tools
  • Able to coordinate with US working hours
