Job Responsibilities:

Provide day-to-day administrative and personal support to senior management

Manage calendars, meetings, travel arrangements, and reminders

Handle emails, calls, correspondence, and document preparation

Requirements:

13 years of experience as a Personal Assistant or Executive Assistant

Strong organizational and time-management skills

Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)

Excellent verbal and written communication skills

Presentable, professional, and detail-oriented
