Role Description
This is a part-time hybrid role for an Administrative Assistant based in Dubai. The role involves supporting daily administrative activities, managing schedules, handling correspondence, organizing files, and ensuring smooth office operations. The Administrative Assistant will coordinate with various departments, handle phone calls professionally, and provide clerical support as needed. The role allows flexibility with some tasks performed remotely.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in Administrative Assistance and Executive Administrative Assistance to manage schedules, appointments, and office workflows effectively
- Strong Phone Etiquette and Communication skills for managing calls and professional interactions
- Experience with Clerical Skills, including document organization, filing, and data entry
- Attention to detail, organizational skills, and the ability to multitask in a dynamic environment
- Proficiency in office software such as Microsoft Office Suite and familiarity with scheduling tools
- Ability to work both onsite in Dubai and remotely with reliable time management
- Prior experience in a similar administrative role is an advantage
- High school diploma or equivalent; additional qualifications in Office Administration or related fields are a plus
