Role Description
This is a part-time hybrid role for an Administrative Assistant based in Abu Dhabi, allowing for a flexible mix of in-office and remote work. The Administrative Assistant will be responsible for day-to-day administrative tasks, managing schedules, organizing and maintaining records, handling correspondence via phone and email, and providing executive administrative support. The role plays a crucial part in ensuring smooth operations, coordination, and communication within the team and with external stakeholders.
Qualifications
- Strong Administrative Assistance and Clerical Skills to perform tasks such as document management, scheduling, and maintaining organized records.
- Proficiency in Executive Administrative Assistance to support senior staff, including managing calendars, preparing reports, and coordinating meetings.
- Excellent Communication and Phone Etiquette to handle professional correspondence and maintain positive stakeholder relationships.
- Ability to multitask, prioritize, and work effectively both independently and in a team environment.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) or similar productivity tools.
- Familiarity with office equipment and basic technical troubleshooting is a plus.
- Prior experience in an administrative or executive assistant role is highly desirable.
