Role Description

This is a part-time hybrid role for an Administrative Assistant based in Abu Dhabi, offering a balance of in-office and remote work. The Administrative Assistant will handle daily clerical and administrative tasks, manage communication via phone and email, schedule and coordinate meetings, and provide support to executives as needed. Attention to detail and organizational efficiency are key components of this role.

Qualifications

  • Proficiency in Administrative Assistance and Clerical Skills for organizing, scheduling, and maintaining office operations.
  • Strong Communication and Phone Etiquette abilities to professionally interact with clients, team members, and external stakeholders.
  • Experience in Executive Administrative Assistance, with the ability to support executives through calendar management, meeting coordination, and task prioritization.
  • Highly detail-oriented, organized, and capable of multitasking within a fast-paced environment.
  • Proficiency with office software and tools such as Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook), and other organizational platforms.
  • Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a hybrid work setting.
  • Previous administrative experience in the healthcare or nonprofit sector is a plus.
