Role Description

This is a full-time on-site position for an Administrative Assistant & HR Operation role, located in Dubai. The role entails providing administrative support, handling executive and clerical tasks, maintaining effective communication, and managing phone correspondences. The position also involves assisting with HR operations and ensuring smooth office processes and organizational efficiency.

Qualifications
  • Proficiency in Administrative Assistance and Executive Administrative Assistance
  • Strong Clerical Skills, including data management and organizing documents
  • Excellent Communication and Phone Etiquette for internal and external correspondences
  • Ability to work effectively in an on-site, fast-paced professional environment
  • Attention to detail and organizational skills
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field is an advantage
