Role Description
This is a full-time hybrid role for an Administrative Assistant located in Jeddah, with some ability to work from home. The Administrative Assistant will be responsible for all administrative tasks, providing clerical support, managing executive administrative duties, handling phone calls with professional etiquette, and ensuring smooth communication within the organization.
Qualifications
* Administrative Assistance and Executive Administrative Assistance skills
* Strong Phone Etiquette and Communication skills
* Proficient Clerical Skills
* Excellent organizational and time management skills
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and other administrative software
* Experience in the telecommunications industry is a plus
* Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, or related field
* Fluent in English and Arabic
