Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for an Administrative Assistant located in New Maadi. The Administrative Assistant will be responsible for providing comprehensive administrative support to ensure efficient operational workflows. This includes managing phone communications, maintaining schedules, handling correspondence, preparing reports and presentations, and assisting with clerical tasks. The individual will coordinate closely with executives and other team members to facilitate day-to-day office activities and maintain a high level of organization. must be organized and proactive Administration Assistant with at least 2 years of experience

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide general administrative and clerical support to the team.
  • Manage phone calls, emails, and correspondence.
  • Maintain filing systems (electronic and physical).
  • Schedule meetings, appointments, and coordinate calendars.
  • Prepare reports, presentations, and documents as required.
  • Handle office supplies inventory and place orders when needed.
  • Assist in preparing invoices, expense reports, and basic financial documents.
  • Support HR functions such as maintaining employee records and attendance tracking.
  • Coordinate with vendors and service providers.

Qualifications

  • Strong skills in Administrative Assistance and Executive Administrative Assistance
  • Excellent Phone Etiquette and Communication skills
  • Proficiency in Clerical Skills and record-keeping
  • Organizational, time management, and multitasking abilities
  • Proficiency in office software such as MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
  • Attention to detail and problem-solving skills
  • Relevant experience in administrative or office support roles
  • Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint).
