Key Responsibilities
- Provide day-to-day administrative and clerical support to the office and management team.
- Manage phone calls, emails, correspondence, and schedule appointments.
- Maintain accurate records, files, and office documentation.
- Assist in preparing reports, letters, and internal documents.
- Coordinate with internal departments and external vendors as required.
- Support HR and finance teams with basic administrative tasks when needed.
- Monitor office supplies and place orders to ensure uninterrupted operations.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and administrative procedures.
Qualifications
- Proven experience as an Administrative Assistant or similar role.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office applications (Word, Excel, Outlook).
- Good communication and interpersonal abilities.
