Role: Part-Time Admin Assistant
Location: Dubai
Work Schedule:
MondayFriday (5 hours/day)
Saturday (morning until 12pm)
Salary: AED 3,000
Role Overview
The Part-Time Admin Assistant will support daily operations at OBMspiration Group by managing communication with parents, replying to emails, booking players into programs, and maintaining simple administrative tasks. This role is key for ensuring smooth operations across our sports programs and maintaining excellent client communication.
Key Responsibilities
Communication
Respond to emails, WhatsApp messages, and phone inquiries.
Communicate updates and confirmations to parents professionally.
Handle basic customer service conversations and follow-ups.
Bookings & Scheduling
Book players into sessions, camps, and programs.
Update schedules and maintain booking accuracy.
Assist with rescheduling or cancellations as needed.
Administrative Support
Maintain attendance sheets and basic records.
Assist coaches with simple admin tasks.
Track parent inquiries and escalate issues when required.
Ensure organized digital documentation.
Operational Support
Help coordinate Saturday morning program flow.
Support with simple reporting or updates.
Communicate effectively with OBMspiration staff.
Qualifications
Basic administrative or customer service experience (12 years preferred).
Strong communication skills (written and spoken).
Comfortable using email, WhatsApp, and basic computer systems.
Organized and detail-oriented.
Professional, polite, and confident when speaking with parents.
Able to work independently with minimal supervision.
Reliable and punctual.
