Role Description

This is a part-time hybrid role for an Administrative Assistant based in Dubai, with some opportunity for remote work. The Administrative Assistant will be responsible for organizing and managing daily office activities, coordinating schedules, answering and routing phone calls, and assisting executives with administrative tasks. Other responsibilities include maintaining records, preparing reports, and performing general clerical duties to support the team.

Qualifications

  • Proficiency in Administrative Assistance and Executive Administrative Assistance
  • Strong Phone Etiquette and Communication skills
  • Solid Clerical Skills, including record keeping and documentation
  • Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a hybrid work environment
  • Attention to detail and excellent organizational skills
  • Proficiency in common office software and tools (e.g., Microsoft Office Suite)
  • Previous experience in a similar administrative or executive assistant role is a plus
  • High school diploma or equivalent; additional certifications in office administration are advantageous
