We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Admin Assistant to support our Legal Division. The role will provide administrative, coordination, and documentation support to ensure smooth day-to-day legal operations across multiple business units.
Responsibilities
- Provide administrative support to the Legal team, including scheduling meetings, managing calendars, and coordinating internal and external stakeholders
- Prepare, format, file, and maintain legal documents, contracts, and correspondence (both physical and digital)
- Assist with contract tracking, renewal dates, and document control systems
- Coordinate signatures, notarization, and legalization of documents as required
- Maintain confidentiality of legal and sensitive company information at all times
- Support compliance-related filings, licenses, and regulatory documentation
- Liaise with internal departments (HR, Finance, Operations) and external parties (law firms, government authorities)
- Handle general office administration tasks related to the Legal Department
Qualifications
- Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field
- 24 years of experience in an administrative role (hospitality, corporate, or professional services, legal services preferred)
- Strong organizational and time-management skills with high attention to detail
- Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint)
- Strong written and verbal communication skills in English (Arabic is an advantage)
- Ability to handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
- Professional, discreet, and dependable with a high level of integrity
