Administrative Assistant (Translation, Office Management & Data Entry)
Job Summary
An Administrative Assistant responsible for supporting daily office operations, managing documentation, performing data entry tasks, and providing translation services to ensure smooth communication and efficient workflow within the organization.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide administrative and clerical support to management and staff.
- Perform accurate data entry, database updates, and document management.
- Translate documents, emails, and reports between required languages (e.g., Arabic and English).
- Manage office correspondence, including emails, phone calls, and internal communications.
- Maintain organized files, records, and office documentation.
- Assist with scheduling meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements.
- Prepare reports, presentations, and spreadsheets.
- Coordinate with internal departments and external partners.
- Monitor office supplies and assist in basic office management tasks.
- Ensure confidentiality and proper handling of sensitive information.

- Translation skills (written and verbal)

Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or diploma in Business Administration, Languages, or a related field (preferred).
- Proven experience as an Administrative Assistant, Office Assistant, or Translator.
- Strong computer skills and familiarity with office management software.
- Fluency in English and Arabic (additional languages are a plus).
