Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for an Administrative Assistant with a medical background, based in Nasr City. The Administrative Assistant will handle day-to-day tasks such as managing documentation, organizing schedules, maintaining clerical tasks, and supporting executive-level administrative activities. Responsibilities also include effective communication with team members and external stakeholders, managing phone calls professionally, and ensuring efficient office operation.

Qualifications</p>

  • Proficiency in english B2+/C1 is a must

  • Strong Administrative Assistance, Executive Administrative Assistance, and Clerical Skills
  • Proficiency in Phone Etiquette and Communication skills
  • Ability to manage schedules, coordinate tasks, and support executive needs
  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Prior experience in a medical or healthcare-related field is highly preferred
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant software
  • High school diploma or equivalent; additional certifications in administration or healthcare are a plus
