Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for an Administrative Clerk, located in Tehran, Iran. The Administrative Clerk will be responsible for managing daily clerical tasks, providing administrative support, handling phone calls, and maintaining organized records. The role includes assisting with general office operations and ensuring consistent communication within the team and with external stakeholders.

Qualifications

  • Strong Administrative Assistance and Executive Administrative Assistance skills
  • Excellent Phone Etiquette and Communication skills
  • Proficiency in Clerical Skills, with attention to detail and organization
  • Ability to handle multitasking and prioritize tasks effectively
  • Proficient in using office software and tools (e.g. Microsoft Office Suite)
  • Previous experience in an administrative or clerical role is a plus
  • High school diploma required; additional certifications or degrees in administration are an advantage
