What You'll Do
At ITCAN, the Process Analyst is the force behind smarter, scalable operations. You won't just document workflows—you'll transform them.
- Document, structure, and optimize company processes to build a scalable knowledge base
- Analyze current (as-is) workflows and redesign improved (to-be) processes
- Lead and support automation initiatives to streamline operations and reduce manual effort
- Plan and initiate process improvement and change management projects
- Research, test, and implement emerging tools and technologies (AI, CRMs, automation platforms)
- Collaborate across teams to ensure process clarity, adoption, and continuous improvement
- Translate operational gaps into actionable, efficient solutions
What You Bring
- Minimum 2 years of experience in the relevant field.
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Computer Science, IT, or a related field
- Strong understanding of process documentation, project management, and workflow structuring
- Familiarity with frameworks like RACI matrices and process mapping methodologies
- Experience or strong interest in automation tools, CRM systems, and AI-driven platforms
- Analytical mindset with a passion for efficiency and optimization
- Strong communication skills with confidence in presenting ideas and collaborating cross-functionally
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
