Job Description

The Real Estate Salesperson is responsible for generating leads, promoting properties, and closing sales or leasing deals. The role involves building strong client relationships, understanding market trends, and delivering excellent customer service to achieve sales targets.

Duties & Responsibilities:

  • Resolving customer issues to their overall satisfaction.
  • Exclusively promote and offer all current residential and commercial products.
  • Identify and generate new sales leads through networking, referrals, and marketing channels
  • Promote and market residential, commercial, or mixed-use properties
  • Conduct property viewings and client meetings
  • Negotiate terms and close sales or leasing agreements
  • Maintain strong relationships with clients, investors, and property owners
  • Provide clients with market insights, pricing trends, and investment advice
  • Prepare and present offers, contracts, and agreements
  • Achieve and exceed monthly and annual sales targets
  • Maintain accurate records using CRM systems
  • Stay updated on property market trends and competitor activities

Education:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field

Experience & Requirements:

  • Minimum 3+ years of experience in relevant field or industry.
  • Good verbal, interpersonal and written communication skills (English and Arabic).
  • Proficiency in MS Office
  • Proficiency with office technology and equipment
  • Professional appearance and courteous manner.
