About the Role
The Cleveland Clinic Abu Dhabi Administrative Fellowship is a full‑time, on‑site, 12‑month postgraduate management training program designed to support the development of early‑career professionals in healthcare administration. The fellowship provides structured, project‑based experience, executive mentorship, and formal leadership development.
Administrative Fellows contribute analytical, organizational, and project support across clinical and non‑clinical functions while building foundational competencies in healthcare management. Fellows gain exposure to organizational priorities and senior leadership through defined assignments aligned with Cleveland Clinic Abu Dhabi's operational and strategic goals. The Administrative Fellowship Program is intended for master's degree graduates who demonstrate interest in healthcare administration and are seeking hands‑on experience through diverse, cross‑functional assignments.
Responsibilities
- Support and, where appropriate, lead multiple short‑ and medium‑term projects aligned with organizational priorities (approximately 5–10 concurrent projects)
- Conduct quantitative and qualitative analyses, including data collection, benchmarking, reporting, and presentation of findings
- Prepare project documentation, executive summaries, presentations, and progress reports for leadership review
- Support continuous improvement initiatives across operational, clinical, and administrative areas
- Assist in planning, coordination, and follow‑up of committees, task forces, and leadership meetings
- Collaborate with project sponsors, department leaders, and multidisciplinary teams to ensure timely delivery of agreed outcomes
- Track milestones, risks, dependencies, and deliverables across assigned projects
- Participate in formal development activities, and mentorship sessions as part of the fellowship program
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Health Administration, Health Policy, Business Administration, or a related field

- Strong organizational and time‑management skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities
- Analytical and research capabilities for data interpretation and problem‑solving
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and common digital or project management tools

- Internship or practical experience in a healthcare or hospital setting
