Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for an Administrative Manager, located in KSA . The Administrative Manager will oversee daily office operations, manage administrative staff, and implement efficient processes to ensure organizational effectiveness. Core responsibilities include supervising office operations, managing budgets and expenditures, maintaining records, coordinating with other departments, and ensuring compliance with company policies. The role also includes identifying opportunities for process improvement and supporting senior management as needed.

Qualifications

  • Strong organizational, time management, and problem-solving skills
  • Proficiency in administrative management, office management, and policy implementation
  • Experience with budgeting, expense tracking, and financial management
  • Proficiency in written and verbal communication and stakeholder coordination
  • Knowledge in team leadership, performance evaluation, and conflict resolution
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and office management software
  • Ability to work effectively under pressure and meet deadlines
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, or similar field; advanced degree is a plus
  • Experience in a similar administrative or managerial role; experience in cross-functional team environments is an advantage
